Officers stopped Marcus Garbutt (10/11/78) for a traffic violation. Marcus was found to be under the influence of an illegal substance. Marcus attempted to flee from officers but was quickly apprehended. A loaded pistol was found inside of the vehicle. Marcus was booked into jail for DUI, fleeing, a weapons offense and other misdemeanor traffic violations.
