1685 S. Redwood Rd.
A male suspect pulled up to the drive-through at Arby’s in a pickup truck. He told the employee he had a gun and demanded cash. The employee complied and the suspect fled onto Redwood Road in what was later determined to be a stolen vehicle. The truck was located at 1604 W. Harris Ave., but the suspect was not. He is described as a black male, 30-40 years old, with a muscular build.
2220 S. Highland Dr.
Evan Renzetti (6/7/73), Nathan Cyrier (6/11/80) and David Bearheart (9/24/70) argued with a 26-year-old friend over alcohol and a theft. The argument became physical as the three suspects repeatedly punched and kicked the victim. The victim was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Renzetti, Cyrier and Bearheart were booked into jail on charges of aggravated assault and public intoxication.
#9 E. Exchange Place
A 35-year-old man was asleep on the grass easement in front of a parking garage. The sprinklers turned on and the man rolled from the grass to an area in front of the parking garage door. A vehicle leaving the garage ran over him. The man was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Update: The man remains in critical but stable condition at a local hospital.
