The suspect approached a teller, insinuated he had a weapon and demanded money. The teller complied and the suspect fled on foot. The suspect was described as an adult male Hispanic, 30 to 40 years of age, 5’ 8” tall, 150 pounds, dark short hair, and tattoos on the left side of his neck and right lower leg. The suspect was wearing a long sleeved gray shirt, black shorts, and dark running type shoes.

Bike officers conducted a traffic stop. Heroin and cash were seized. Samuel Stokes (11/02/85) was booked into jail for possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
