Officers responded to a call of a vehicle that had been vandalized and items were removed from the vehicle. Officers located a group of individuals in the area who were in possession of one of the vehicle’s missing items. James Dallmann (7/30/60) was booked into jail for felony theft.
1448 Theft/ Assault 565 E. 2100 S. 12-168103
An employee from a nearby business chased a male who had stolen a bicycle from the store. The employee caught the suspect and a struggle ensued, at which time the suspect struck the employee in the head with an object and was able to get away. The investigation is continuing.
