The 47-year-old victim met the suspect at Jordan Park. After driving separately to the above address, the suspect got into the victim’s vehicle and then pulled a weapon from his pocket. The suspect took the victim’s property and fled in a gold 4-door vehicle. The suspect was described as a male Hispanic adult in his late 20s, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 180 pounds, with a mustache, and was wearing blue jeans, a red hat, and a grey hooded sweat shirt. The suspect had several tattoos including a tattoo of red lips on the left side of neck.

An officer heard breaking glass and checked the area. He observed broken glass at the American Tobacco Store and Joseph Gillon (5/19/80) inside the business. When the officer confronted Gillon, he ran and the officer gave chase. The officer was able to capture Gillon with the use of his tazer. Gillon was treated for injuries sustained from breaking the window and was booked into jail for burglary, and fleeing.
