A 3-year-old child was playing outside near the front of her residence. Her mother heard the child scream outside and thereafter found her inside the home. The child related that a large man with glasses grabbed her arm. This investigation is ongoing.

Tobias Rush (1/7/73) entered the Phillips 66 gas station and demanded free matches or use of a new lighter. The employee refused, and Rush threatened to stab him with a folding knife that he held. Rush fled on foot without injuring the employee. Responding officers located Rush nearby and took him into custody without incident. Rush was booked into jail on charges of aggravated assault and possession of a concealed weapon.
Update: Bank of Utah Robbery — Suspect Apprehended

Diane Goshen (12/20/69) called SLC911 to turn herself in for the Bank of Utah robbery on July 9, 2013. Goshen was taken into custody without incident and booked into jail on aggravated robbery charges.
