Someone was attempting to steal a bicycle that was attached to a vehicle roof rack. The owner saw what was going on and confronted the suspect. The suspect hit the owner with a wrench and fled on foot. Responding officers located the suspect nearby and took him into custody without incident. Daniel Saenz (12/26/65) was booked into jail for robbery. The victim sustained minor injuries.

A male grabbed money from the open cash register during a purchase transaction at the ABC Market. As the clerk attempted to stop him, the suspect punched the clerk and fled on a bicycle. The suspect was described as white, in his 20s, 5 feet 8 inches tall, with an average build and dark complexion. He wore sunglasses, a maroon ski cap, black jeans and also a large scar on his left forearm.
