The primary suspect is a white male adult, 30-40 years of age, 5 feet 3 inches tall, medium build, with a scruffy white or blond goatee, and wearing a hooded sweatshirt bearing the “AND1” logo. Witnesses described the getaway vehicle, which was driven by a woman, as a blue SUV.
Officers were dining at Coachman’s Dinner & Pancake House when another patron began choking on his food and was unable to breathe. The officers quickly reacted and applied the Heimlich maneuver, which expelled the trapped food and saved the man’s life.
