SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City Police Department homicide investigators today secured two arrest warrants in a murder that occurred October 13, 2013, at 405 N. Pamela Way.

Two male victims, 19 and 20, were sitting in their car when two unidentified males in a dark green older SUV, possibly a Subaru, drove up. Victims and suspects exchanged words before the suspects fired; both victims were hit. The 19-year-old victim (later identified as Christian Arenas) is in extremely critical condition and the 20 year old is in stable condition at separate area hospitals. Gang detectives and Homicide responded. As of this writing, the suspects have not been identified. There is no further description of suspects at this time.
