1060 S. 900 W.
Citizens reported that a male later identified as Justin Brown (11/20/81) was exposing himself to women in the Peace Gardens. Officers quickly responded to the area and Brown was chased from the park and was taken into custody by other responding officers. It was determined that Brown is a registered sex offender. Brown was booked into jail on two counts of felony lewdness and one count for being sex offender in a public park.

785 E. 400 S.
A male was very intoxicated and staggering on the north sidewalk of 400 South when he lost his balance and fell into the roadway where he was struck by a westbound vehicle. He was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Accident investigators responded to the scene and the case is under investigation.
470 S State
A vehicle was south bound on State street in the middle lane. The driver looked over her shoulder to check her blind spot to change lanes. When she looked back a bike was in the lane in front of her. She quickly applied her brakes but ran into the bicyclist. The bicyclist hit the windshield and suffered minor head injuries and road rash. The bicyclist was reportedly intoxicated.
