A 33-year-old male was withdrawing cash from an ATM when a male approached him and demanded his cash.  The victim complied and began to yell for help. The suspect fled on foot and was located in the area by responding officers.  Soroush Sharifpour (5/2/81) was booked into jail for aggravated robbery, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and a hold for adult probation and parole.

A man entered the business and stole several items from the store. He was recognized by the employee as a suspect in previous theft case. The employee attempted to confront the suspect but allowed him to leave when the suspect stated he had a weapon. The suspect was described as a male black adult, 35-49 years old, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 180 pounds, black hair, brown eyes, with facial hair.

Animal Cruelty

Officers responded to reports of animal cruelty and made contact with Kevin Flowers (3/17/84). After determining that animal abuse had occurred Flowers resisted when officers attempted to take him into custody. Officers attempted to gain control of Flowers by using pepper spray and Taser to no effect. Flowers was eventually taken into custody and booked into jail for animal cruelty, resisting arrest, possession of another’s prescription and warrants.  Animal Control responded and took custody of the dog.
