Aggravated kidnapping attempt
200 S. Rio Grande St.
A male was walking with his 4 year old son near 200 S. Rio Grande. The suspect, Douongseng, approached the victim and claimed the child was his. Douongseng displayed a knife, grabbed the man’s child, and began to run away with him. The father was able to pull the child away from Douongseng who then fled on foot. Police soon located Douongseng in Pioneer Park and took him into custody without incident. Sathan Douongseng (11/8/69) was booked into jail for aggravated kidnapping.
