The victim/pedestrian was walking southbound, on the sidewalk, on the west side of 900 East. The suspect rode past the victim on a bicycle and yelled at the victim to get out of the way. The victim responded that he could walk on the sidewalk, at which point the bicyclist turned around, confronted the victim and demanded that the victim yield the right of way to him. As a result of the argument, the bicyclist stabbed the victim in the back. The victim was transported to a local hospital. The suspect is described as a male white adult, 50-60 years old, salt-and-pepper mustache, wearing a black-and-red bicycle helmet and an orange, autumn-colored bicycle jacket. The suspect was last seen headed south, riding his bicycle away from the scene.

The suspect walked into the shell station at this address and demanded cash. The clerk complied. The suspect was seen walking away from the station. The suspect was wearing a gray hoodie, light jeans, a dark cloth across his face, wool watchcap, and black gloves. Investigation is on-going.
