A female reported that a male armed with a bat entered her home and was looking for her ex-husband. He threatened to harm her ex-husband and refused to leave her home. The female contacted her ex-husband and once he arrived the suspect attempted to strike him with the bat. The victim took the bat, struck the suspect in the arm, the suspect then fled on foot. Officers located him in the area and arrested him. Robert Samora (9/17/83) was booked into jail for aggravated burglary, aggravated assault, and criminal trespass.
