DUI auto/bicycle accident

A bicyclist was riding in the bicycle lane at this address when a vehicle drifted into the bicycle lane and struck him. The victim was transported to a local hospital in serious condition. After an investigation, officers booked the driver, Russell Hobbs (3/25/80), for DUI, possession of heroin, and a warrant.
