A witness observed a male in a small white pick-up truck load several large metal pieces into a vehicle outside the City Impound Lot. The stolen material is part of the Hoberman Arch that is being stored at the lot. The suspect is described as a male white adult, approximately 30 years old, wearing a plaid shirt and a black knit cap. A second suspect, a female white adult wearing a red sweatshirt, was driving the small pick-up. The truck was last seen headed westbound on 500 South. It is unknown at this point how the suspects entered the yard.

A female was in her wheelchair looking through a donation bin at the Rancho Market when a man grabbed her purse and forcefully pulled it away from her, tearing her jacket during the struggle. The suspect then fled east on North Temple in the company of two women. The suspect was described as a 40-year-old male black adult, wearing a red jacket over a black jacket with a black hat. The first female was a 40-year-old female white adult, with long brown hair in a pony tail, wearing a white jacket. The second female was also approximately 40 years old, with long brown hair, wearing a long black jacket.
