A male driver sped away from a traffic enforcement officer, crashed his car, and fled on foot.  Responding officers set up containment in the area and deployed a K9 unit. “Otto” soon located the suspect.  Drugs were found in the vehicle. Michael Delci (8/1/84) was booked on felony drug charges, several misdemeanor offenses and arrest warrants.

Witnesses reported hearing two men arguing and fighting in a parking lot, one threatening to stab the other. One man began running away as the other chased him. The witnesses lost sight of them. Police arrived and found a 28-year-old male stab wound victim. He was transported to the hospital in serious condition, uncooperative with investigators. Witnesses described the knife-wielding suspect as a white male, 20-30 years of age, bald or shaved head, dark clothing.
