Shot fired/D.V. Simple Assault

The victim was having a verbal argument with her girlfriend, Darlynn Ryerson. During the course of the argument Darlynn chest bumped the victim out of her way. Darlynn is a concealed carry permit holder and went outside of the home and pulled out her firearm and discharged one round into the sky. Police were called by the victim and officers located and arrested Darlynn near the scene. Darlynn was charged with discharging a firearm along with simple assault.
