An uninvolved complainant, called to report an injured man. Officers respond and find an involved party with a wound to his neck. Officers following the blood trail discover a second involved party in the common hallway. The second party has a wound to his hand. Officers are directed to an apartment and find a crime scene. At this time there are no outstanding involved parties. The relationship between the two individuals, and what brought them together is still being investigated. Both parties are being treated for their wounds.

Car Prowl Arrest
1st Ave and C Street

Police were called out to the avenues to investigate someone possibly breaking into cars. Officers located a suspect at 2nd Ave and C Street. Upon further investigation and questioning of the suspect it was discovered that he had prowled several cars, and had identifiable property stolen from one vehicle. Giordan Francis (26) was arrested for Possession of Spice, open Container, Vehicle Burglary and Felony Possession of Stolen Property.
