Recovered Stolen Vehicle

An officer observed a stolen black Chevy Impala in the parking lot of the Royal Garden Inn when Tyson Mills approached the Impala and unlocked the doors. Mills was arrested and booked for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
1427 S. 300 W.
A male entered the Subway, displayed a handgun in his waistband and demanded money from the employee. The suspect is described as male white in his early twenties, 5’10”, brown beard, wearing a dark colored puffy jacket, multi colored shirt and blue pants. The suspect fled out the back door and left the scene in an older blue Chevrolet S10 pickup truck.

An alarm company reported an intrusion alarm at Harbor Seafood & Steak Company. Officers responded and could see forced entry into the business through a window. The building was contained and then entered with a K-9 search. There was nobody located inside the business and unknown at this time if anything was stolen.
