1342 S State Street
Officers observed a vehicle pull into this location, park and start drug exchanges with individuals in the lot. An officer approached the driver’s door as the other officer went to the passenger side of the vehicle. The officer asked the driver to step out of the vehicle, the driver opened the door placing the officer between the open door and the cab of the vehicle. The driver then put the vehicle in reverse and quickly accelerated. The open door caught the officer and pulled him into the vehicle. The driver backed onto State Street then put the vehicle in drive to go south on State Street. The vehicle was heading directly for a street light when the officer grabbed the wheel and pulled the wheel to the left to avoid the pole. The vehicle jumped the median and struck a parked vehicle on the east side of State Street. The driver was identified as Andrew Labbe 20; he was booked into jail for reckless endangerment, possession of controlled substances, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a dangerous weapon and felony warrants. Two passengers were also arrested, Duvall McCoy 42, for possession of paraphernalia and Brittany Snow 33 for possession of stolen credit cards. The officer didn’t sustain any injuries from the incident.

Peak Security responded to an alarm drop at the above listed address. Upon arrival they encountered Scott John Obrien 53, on the property. When Security attempted to detain Scott threatened the officer then fled on foot. Police officers and K-9 arrived in short order and encountered Scott; the Officers instructed Scott to stop but he choose to flee from them as well. Scott was ultimately taken into custody after attempting to hide in some nearby bushes with his dog. Scott was taken to jail for: Possession of Methamphetamine, Fleeing, Threats, False Information and several outstanding Misdemeanor warrants.
