A man arrived at a hospital with a stab wound to the face. Officers responded to investigate the injury. The victim told officers that the injury occurred while he was attempting to purchase meth. The dealer and the victim got into an altercation resulting in the victim being stabbed in the nose. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male adult with dark hair, and dark eyes.
