A Home Depot loss prevention officer attempted to confront a shoplifter but the suspect fought with the officer, resulting in the officer sustaining a cut to his hand. The male then fled the store to the north. The suspect is described as a Caucasian male, 40 to 50 years old, shaved head, wearing khaki pants and black shoes.
