Officers responded to the listed address after receiving reports of several shots being heard in the area. Officers located several bullet casings in the street and bullet holes in the duplex and a vehicle. No one was injured. A light colored, older model, Honda Accord was seen leaving the area west on 500 North.
475 W. 200 S.
Officers observed a man make a drug sale. When officers made contact with him the suspect attempted to flee and then fought with officers. A Taser was used to gain control of the man. Officers searched the suspect and located multiple balloons of heroin and cocaine. Officers booked Daniel Vasquez, 28, for resisting arrest and possession of heroin and cocaine with intent to distribute.
