Officers observed an occupied stolen vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. Christopher Flores, 47, was taken into custody and booked into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle and warrants.
Aggravated arson/ domestic violence
400 N. Center St.
Officers responded to the apartment on a report of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival officers observed smoke coming from the building. It was later discovered that the suspect was burning the other party’s property inside the apartment. The complex contains 8 apartments, however no one was injured and no other apartments were affected. Police booked Tisha Hackford, 26, into jail for aggravated arson.
