2200 S. 700 E.
Two men entered the store at the above location. The owner later observed some items were missing from the store and attempted to stop the two suspects as they were leaving the store. One of the suspects used a stun gun on the owner to escape. The suspects were last seen leaving east on the Sugarhouse Trolley tracks. Suspect #1 is described as a Hispanic male, 25 years old, 5 feet 5 inches, 140 lbs., with short black hair, wearing a white tank top and gray pants. Suspect #2 is described as a white male, wearing a white T-shirt and long blue basketball shorts.
1255 W. North Temple St.
A witness observed a man pounding on the window of the State Liquor Store and called police. Officers responded and located the suspect hiding in the bushes in front of the liquor store with bottles of liquor in a sack and cuts on his hands. It was discovered that the suspect had cut himself while going through the window of the store. Khaled Jeddou, 31, was taken to the hospital for stitches and then transported to jail. He was booked for burglary, criminal mischief and public intoxication.
Aggravated Assault/Disorderly Conduct
347 S. 300 E.
A citizen reported that a male on the roof threatened her and her children and then threw bricks at them. The male continued to throw objects from the roof. After about 3 hours of negotiation Frank Arnold White (33yrs old) was safely taken into custody. Frank went to jail for Aggravated. Assault, Criminal Mischief and warrants.
