A man was aggressive and threatening other family members so they called police. Officers determined the man had several outstanding arrest warrants including a no-bail warrant from Adult Probation and Parole, a history of weapons charges and gang involvement. The man hid in the basement as everyone else exited the residence. After a brief standoff, Raul Flores 24, gave up and was arrested and booked into jail.
