A man entered the Baskins & Robins, brandished a pocket knife and demanded money. The victim complied and the suspect also took money out of the tip jar. The suspect is described as white male adult, 40-50 years old, wearing a tan jacket, plaid/grey shirt and possibly brown pants.

Anthony “Tony” Wilhelm, 32, is a resident at the Bungalow Nursing Home. Tony has several mental health issues including learning disabilities and walked away from the facility Monday at 7:30 p.m. Tony has walked away from the facility on other instances and went to the Shelter and used Trax to go to Provo on one previous occasion. Salt Lake and Utah County agencies notified. Tony was last seen wearing beige/purple pants, a grey sweater with a red/black cape (Halloween costume) under the sweater.
