206 W. North Temple
The suspect entered the convenience store, walked around the counter and ordered the clerk to give him money as he brandished a knife. The clerk put money into a bag. The suspect then demanded cigarettes, which were also given to him. The suspect then fled west-bound on North Temple. Suspect is described as a Hispanic or Polynesian adult, approximately 6′, heavier build, wearing a black coat, black beanie, jeans, white shoes with black laces and a black bandanna pulled up over his face.
700 East, 2700 South
The convenience store clerk was approached by the suspect. He had his hand inside the pocket of his hoodie, intimating a handgun, and demanded the cash from the till. The clerk complied and before leaving also grabbed several “5 hour energy” bottles from the display on the counter. The suspect was described as adult male, medium build, black mask, gray hoodie, black pants and black gloves.
