Aggravated Assault Domestic

A domestic incident occurred in a house where multiple families reside. Heather Sudweeks, 30, and a male roomate were arguing about rent money being due. During the argument Heather pulled out a handgun and pointed it at the male victim in the presence of three children. Shortly thereafter Heather left and was found walking in the area. At the time of her arrest a handgun was located on her person. She was charged with Aggravated Assault and Domestic Violence-enhanced three times due to the children who were present during the assault.
