The victim was involved in a verbal altercation with two male Hispanic suspects when he was stabbed in the back. The suspect who stabbed the victim was described as a male Hispanic adult, approximately 20 years of age and was last seen wearing gray sweats and a black and red t-shirt.

The victim reported he was at the convenience store when a male entered the backseat of his car, produced a knife and told him to pull around the corner. Once in the Smiths parking lot another male entered the front passenger’s side. The suspects demanded the keys to the vehicle. The victim refused turning the keys over to the suspect and a physical fight ensued. During the altercation the victim was stabbed in the back. The suspects fled the scene on foot. The victim drove to a local hospital for medical treatment. Suspects were described as male Hispanics, 17-18 years old, athletic builds.
