A victim called to report that his truck had just been stolen. The victim’s neighbor had witnessed the theft and was following the truck. Officers responded to the area of 2300 North and 1200 West when it was reported the stolen truck had rolled as the suspect attempted to pull onto southbound I-15. The suspect fled southwest on foot. Containment was set up arriving a business owner reported that the suspect was spotted on their property. Officers responded and were able to take Randy Gblah 23, into custody. Gblah was booked for vehicle theft and fleeing.
