A male committed a sexual assault on a female during summer of last year while at church. The suspect was never located and Detectives were unable to obtain an identification of the suspect. Today, the suspect returned to church for the first time since the assault and the mother of the victim called police. Officers responded and located suspect Maxwell Williams 53, Detectives responded and he was questioned. He was then booked into jail for forcible sex abuse.
