A male victim reported that he found a female driving away in his vehicle and while attempting to stop her she ran into his fence with the vehicle. The female had a male with her who ran from the scene. Officers were able to locate the male running from the area. The female Danika Hall, 19 was booked for the vehicle theft, criminal mischief, and warrants. Palu William Lose, 38 was booked on false information, possession of a controlled substance, and several outstanding warrants.
