A female victim claimed that she was kept against her will at the above address for the past two days. She managed to escape this morning and found her way over to Franklin Elementary where officers contacted her. She showed officers to the above address and the occupants refused to exit the residence. SWAT was called out and some occupants exited the house over the next little while. Occupants indicated that the suspect was still inside the residence. Gas was used to help encourage the suspect to come out. Finally Casey Nielsen 34, came out and was taken into custody. He was questioned at the Public Safety Building and then taken to jail and booked in for rape and outstanding warrants.
