Officers responded to the men’s side of the shelter on report of a stabbing. The 33 year old victim stated he observed an altercation between a man and two females. When the victim attempted to intervene the male stabbed him in the thigh and hand. The victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition. Officers located the suspect nearby and took him into custody. Officers booked Richard Clark, 70, into jail for aggravated assault and possession of spice.
