John Wayne Mausia 22, and his brother Siale Mausia 20, were shopping in the Macys and had been selecting and concealing merchandise. The suspects attempted to leave the store without paying and were stopped by loss prevention. The suspects resisted and physically assaulted the loss prevention personnel, resulting in serious injuries. The suspects were finally taken into custody. The suspects had pills packaged for distribution on their persons. They were both taken to jail on aggravated robbery and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
