Aggravated robbery
122 W. South Temple St.

A 22-year-old woman was exiting her vehicle in a parking garage when she was struck on the side of her head. The victim suffered lacerations on her arms while struggling with the suspect. The suspect removed the victim’s purse and fled in an unknown direction. The suspect is described as a male adult, slim build, wearing dark pants, a dark green shirt, and brown boots.

7:53 p.m.
845 W. North Temple St.

A man entered the store, brandished a knife and approached the clerk. The suspect removed the money from the cash drawer and fled east bound on foot. The suspect is described as a male adult, 5 feet 7 inches tall, thin build, wearing dark jeans, a black “White Sox” baseball cap, and a black hoodie with a ski mask.

2:05 a.m.
Drive-by shooting
171 E. Kensington Ave.

Police responded to a party where drive-by shooting occurred. Witnesses at the party reported seeing a mini-van with several males inside leaving the area. The rounds entered the windows near the front door and one struck a 27-year-old male in the ribs. The victim refused medical on scene and transported himself to a local hospital. Investigation still on going.
