Strong arm robbery
250 North, 1200 West
The victim was riding his mountain bike across a pedestrian bridge on the Jordan parkway when his path was blocked by Tuivanau Tiumlu 29. When the victim came to a stop another male Tutuila Koonwaiyou 22, attacked him from behind. The victim was punched and kicked as well as being struck by a metal pipe. The victim was relieved of his bike. He was able to get away and flag down police. Officers were able to locate the two suspects at separate locations. Both were taken into custody and booked for aggravated robbery.
