Two cars pulled out of parking stalls at the same time in a convenience store parking lot and may have touched. As one of the cars pulled away the other pursued it until both cars stopped. A passenger in the pursuing car got out and approached the male driver of the other car, punching him and brandishing a handgun. Investigators have interviewed all involved persons to the incident except for the 36-year-old suspect with the gun, whom they have identified and are searching for. The male driver victim sustained minor injury.

A female loss prevention officer at H&M saw a female taking items and placing them in her purse. As the suspect was exiting the business the officer made contact. The suspect resisted and was combative, resulting in cuts and bruises to the officer. Jessica Martinez, 27, was booked for robbery and other charges.
