1899 S. State  St.

The 38yr old victim, approached the suspect vehicle (a red newer sedan) which was occupied by two white male adults. The victim was allegedly ‘owed $20′ from the suspect. The demand for the owed money resulted in the suspect shooting the victim. The victim was shot in the right upper arm and transported to the hospital. The suspect vehicle fled northbound on State St. The suspect is only known by the moniker “Frosty”, and the victim did not provide any further description of either suspect.

50 South 900 West

A male suspect entered the Family Dollar store at this address and demanded money.  The suspect lifted up his shirt to expose a black handgun, tucked into the front of his waistband, and threatened to use it if the suspect did not comply.  The suspect fled the store on foot and was not located.  The suspect is described as wearing all black that covered his whole face and body.  He had a dark button up jacket, gloves, and a baseball hat as well.  The victim stated that the suspect had a deep voice and sounded African American. He was approximately 5’8″ tall and 170 lbs.
