Officers responded to a domestic violence call with a firearm. As they arrived they found an 8-year-old child with a gunshot wound and a deceased 46-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the head. The child was transported immediately and was pronounced dead a short time later. The 8-year-old victim of homicide has been identified as Xavier Lucero-Waters. The deceased male adult has been identified as Moses Waters, 46.
