An argument occurred between two male adults when one of the males pulled a handgun and pointed it at the other. A neighbor intervened and the male also pointed the gun at him. The suspect left the area. Officers located the suspect at his home and took him into custody. Officers booked Burke Heusser, age 62, for aggravated assault and aggravated burglary.

A 35-year-old male adult was assaulted by 3 men and had his property taken. One of the men called the victim a derogatory name. The first suspect is described as a black male adult, age 35-40, 6 feet 4 inches tall, athletic build, short black hair, neck tattoos, wearing a white and blue baseball cap and pants worn backwards. The second suspect is described as a male white adult, age 25-30, 6 feet tall, chubby, with blonde hair and a small goatee. The third suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, age 25-30, 5 feet 6 inches tall, with short black hair, tattoos for eyebrows and big ear rings.
