Officers responded to a suspicious circumstance involving a gas can, bottles with rags as wicks and a male smoking near the Squatters Brew Pub. When officers contacted the subject in the parking lot he made suicidal statement. Officers maintained distance and attempted to talk with the man. The man eventually ignited a bottle, which exploded and caught his shirt on fire. He rolled on the ground, shed his flaming shirt and attempted to flee.
