Officers were called about a wanted female that was at the listed address. When officers arrived they located the female. While outside officers noticed a strong odor of marijuana coming from the house. Officers called out to the occupants and two females exited the house. Officers obtained information that two men were still inside the house. A warrant was obtained and SWAT responded. After some time SWAT used tear gas and the two men came out. Officers booked Caleb Gibson, 39, for fail to stop and warrants, and Willie Lemmon, 36, for fail to stop, possession of controlled substances and warrants. A search of the home resulted in police locating marijuana, meth, ecstasy, prescription pills, cash and packaging materials.
600 N. 800 W.
A motorcyclist was westbound on 600 North approaching 800 West. A silver sedan ran the northbound stop sign on 800 West and both vehicles collided. The victim sustained severe injuries to his lower body and was transported to the hospital. The driver was not injured, however a 23-year-old female passenger sustained facial injuries and was transported to a local hospital. Investigation ongoing.
