Compiled by Watch Commanders in the field, the Watch Log is a summary of events that stand out to them in a given 24-hour period. A man armed himself with two knives and began to threaten multiple people in the Flying J parking lot. At one point the suspect entered an occupied vehicle and told the driver he was going to kill him. Two other victims attempted to intervene and the suspect went after them as well. Skyler Thompson, 34, was located and booked into jail for 3 counts of aggravated assault.

A man was involved in an altercation with multiple people in the Rio Grande district. The suspect stabbed 4 male adults. Two of the victims were stabbed in the chest and another was stabbed in the arm. Two of the victims were transported to local hospitals in serious condition and a third was treated at the scene. A fourth victim who had left the scene later stated that he was stabbed in the shoulder and was also transported to a local hospital for minor injuries. The suspect was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries sustained in the initial incident. A female believed to be involved in the incident is outstanding at this time. She is described as a 25-year-old white female adult, 6 feet 2 inches tall with shoulder length blonde/brown hair. She was last seen wearing a purple tank top, blue jeans and grey shoes. Detectives interviewed and booked Christopher Robertson, 30, into jail for 3 counts of aggravated assault and possession of a dangerous weapon by a restricted person.
800 S. Roberta St.
A man and woman were in a residence with a third party witness. The man and woman had a disagreement because the male victim had dated both the female suspect and the suspect’s mother at different times. All three parties very intoxicated. The witness went to the rest room. When he returned he found that the suspect had left the scene and the victim had been stabbed twice. The victim was transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life threatening injuries. The suspect is known and the investigation is ongoing.
420 S. Goshen St.
A neighbor reported seeing a man breaking into his neighbor’s car. A K9 officer and his bloodhound responded and were able to get a track and locate the male suspect. The suspect admitted to the vehicle burglary along with another one. Charges will be screened against the suspect for vehicle burglary.
