The suspect, Darrel Daley (62yrs old) was in a verbal argument with his wife which escalated when he threw a large television, along with plants, crates, and other property off of the third story balcony. An Officer arrived on scene and spotted Daley. Daley turned towards the Officer in a threatening and aggressive manner and began walking towards him. The officer gave Daley commands to stop at which time Daley turned and began walking aggressively towards nearby citizens. The officer feared Daley was going to harm the citizens and deployed his CED. Daley was safely taken into custody and booked into jail for domestic violence, criminal mischief and interfering.
