SLCPD Bike officers observed several drug deals by a male and a female. During one of the deals police arrested the two and located cocaine and cash. Officers booked Franklin Ruiz-Zelaya, 24, and Ruth Hernandez, 29, into jail for distribution and possession of cocaine with the intent to distribute.
