Industrial accident
49 N. Rio Grande St.

A group of men were working on scaffolding at the Gateway Mall when it collapsed. Two of the workers were injured and transported to local hospitals. Several vehicles below the scaffolding were also damaged.

6:07 p.m.
Auto-pedestrian collision
280 W. 400 S.

A 49-year-old man attempted to walk north across 400 South while the light was green and walked into the side mirror of a vehicle traveling west. The male was transported to a local hospital for injuries and was upgraded to stable condition.

9:07 p.m.
51 S. Main St.

A man went into a store and selected a cologne. Loss prevention officers attempted to stop the man outside of the store when he started punching and head butting the officers. The suspect was restrained and held for police. Police booked Edmund White, 32, into jail for robbery.
