A man walked into the restaurant and pulled out a handgun. He jumped the counter while employees fled to the back room. The suspect was described as black male adult, tall and skinny build, with facial hair, and was wearing a red hoodie and black pants.
950 W. 1700 S.
A male walked into the Apollo Burger and pulled out a handgun. The suspect jumped the counter, grabbed money out of the till and the left out the back door. The suspect was described as a black male adult, skinny build, wearing saggy grey jeans, black Air Jordans, a nylon Raiders jacket, grey and white checkered beanie and black gloves with white dots on the knuckles.

A man heard some noises behind his house. When he went outside he saw 3 men with his car jack that he had stored in his garage. When the victim confronted the suspects he was sprayed in the face with pepper spray. The suspects fled the area in a Nissan Xterra. Officers later located the vehicle at 162 North 1000 West and found it to be stolen. Officers booked Terry Lyday, 42, into jail for possession of a stolen vehicle, burglary, aggravated robbery and obstruction of justice.
